Lots of Snow and Biscotti

When it snows, I like to bake with my mom.  She bakes a lot.  We made biscotti which is kind of like a cookie but also kind of like bread.  It's also Italian.  And it tastes AMAZING!  Biscotti is really easy to make and we had a lot of fun in the kitchen.  We found our recipe HERE!

When it's a snow day, you have to bake in your pajamas!

We painted an egg wash on the biscotti before we baked it.
